Mary (Pippin) Schenck

Mary (Pippin) Schenck passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 10th at Eastern Heights Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Vallandingham officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home. Mary Joanna (Pippin) Schenck was born February 13, 1977 in Bartlesville to Donald and Rita (Watts) Pippin. She married Matt Schenck on August 30, 2014 in Eureka Springs, AR. Mary collected elephants, enjoyed painting, crocheting, fishing and most of all, she loved being a mother. Mary was on the Board of Directors for Hopestone. She was part of a coalition of women who traveled to the State Capitol and spoke to members of the Oklahoma House and Senate on the importance of women's health care regardless of age, race, religion or nationality. Her beautiful smile, funny wit and loving and caring heart will be missed by all of her Hopestone Family. Mary is survived by her husband, Matt Schenck of the family home and three daughters; Cali Schenck of Pryor, Hannah Aldrich of Bartlesville and Shiloh McKinney of Bartlesville. Her parents, Donnie and Rita Pippin of Bartlesville. One brother, Stephen Pippin and wife Makayla and niece Makenzie of Pawhuska. Aunt, Phyllis and husband  Paul Waller of Bartlesville, uncle, Larry Pippin and wife Trudy of Columbia, MO, aunt, Linda Keener of Shawnee, OK, numerous cousins and many friends. Mary was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents along with aunts, Janice Watts, Carolyn Betterton, Patricia Reagan, uncles, Lee Watts, Arnold Watts and Bill Pippin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to: Hopestone, 206 SE Frank Phillips Blvd., Bartlesville, OK 74003.

    Prayers for your family. Mary was an inspiration to so many. She was a beautiful young lady who grew into a caring and giving woman. I will be forever grateful for her kindness, comfort and help during Ricks fight with cancer. She will be missed by so many.
